Terms And Conditions
- 1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year.
- 2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes.
- 3. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership.
- 4. Monthly installments must be paid on any date of the month .
- 5. Payments can be made in cash, cheque, or through online options
- 6. Report discrepancies in card entries or receipts within 7 days.
- 7. Late payments will postpone the redemption date.
- 8. Rewards and discounts are forfeited if the scheme is discontinued early.
- 9. The redemption date is 30 days after the last successful installment.
- 10. Government taxes apply to the delivery of jewellery other than 3% GST
- 11. The scheme cannot be combined with other company schemes.
- 12. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
- 13. Cancellation & Refund Terms ✅ On cancellation before completion of the scheme, we will NOT return gold. Refund will be in INR only, credited to the original payment method. ✅ Refund Calculation: Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid Minus – 3% GST (GST is borne by us only on completion, not on cancellation) – 3% Payment Gateway Charges – Gift Value Deduction.
- 14. We Follow rates given by our Association (MJDTA) which can be viewed online.
- 15. Special customisation like name engraving, laser jobs or stone jewellery will cost extra wastage, (minimum 2% upto 8%)
